Electric Stoves

Most manufacturers of electric stoves use particle board to build their stoves, and use terms like “Cast-like appearance”. Vermont Castings uses only the highest quality of cast iron, with an optional porcelain enamel finish for the look of a wood stove, but with convenience of electric.

Gas Stoves

Whether you choose the rustic beauty of cast iron, or the stylish elegance of a steel stove, you will be amazed with the realistic flame and outstanding heat our gas stoves provide. Vermont Castings manufactures a variety of stoves that come with their Comfort Control System. This allows you to manually alter the flame height and fan speed, or set the temperature with the remote control and the fireplace automatically adjusts the fan and the flame to minimize fuel consumption and keep the flame on as much as possible. Osburn takes the same bay window look found on their wood stoves and applies it to their gas stoves for a multi-sided view. All our gas stoves come with a Lifetime warranty on the burners.

Pellet Stoves

We currently off two sizes of bay window pellet stoves, which are both manufactured by Osburn. The Hybrid 45 produces 45,000 BTU on high, can hold 70 lbs of fuel and features Osburn’s patented Combex system. This dual fan system forces air into the fire-pot for a complete burn of the pellets and at the same time exhausts an equal amount of air out through the vent system. These environmentally friendly stoves come with a thermostat and glow-coil starter for simple operation. The soon to be release Hybrid 35 can be installed as a stove or an insert into an existing wood fireplace. The stove features a state of the art touch-sensitive pad for easy control of your pellet stove.

Wood Stoves

We carry the full line of Vermont Castings, Dutchwest and Osburn wood EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved stoves. In fact, Vermont Castings builds 5 of the top 10 cleanest burning stoves in the world. This was achieved by developing their own patented re-burn system called Everburn which comes with a lifetime warranty. These environmentally friendly wood stoves come in a variety of colors and sizes to suit any décor. Osburn makes the only EPA approved Bay Window wood stoves and wood inserts on the market. This gives you the largest viewing area of any comparable sized wood stove and can be dressed up with brushed nickel or 22 karat gold. All our stoves come with ash pans for easy disposal of ashes.
